Door to door shipping from China to

A cheap, easy and secure way to send your parcel from China to North America, Europe, Asia, and Pacific.
Ship24 will use the address provided during the order process to issue the label that will be used to deliver the parcel to the recipient. Ship24 will NOT modify or correct the address that you have supplied during the order, therefore it is your responsibility to make sure that your delivery address is correct. Scribbling, or any other address marks on the parcels are not taken into account for delivery; only the address written on the label is taken into account.
After you have placed the order, Ship24 will send you an email to confirm your order, which also includes the delivery address. If you realize that the address you have submitted is not correct in any way, please contact Ship24 within 6 hours, so that we can arrange for the address change. The address change at this stage will cost you 50 RMB.
Once the parcel is in the country of delivery, in some circumstances and if the local delivery partner allows it, Ship24 may assist in the changing of the delivery address. The minimum cost is 100 RMB for this manual operation, and is not 100% guaranteed due to logistical reasons. Please note that most local posts and logistic partners do NOT allow for address changes. Another option is for the sender or recipient to directly contact the local delivery partner and then negotiate an address change.
Please note that in the parcel logistics industry, around 3 to 5% of parcels are sent to the wrong address, and therefore never get delivered. We cannot stress enough that you must double check that the address you are sending to is indeed the correct one. We do not want your parcel to end up as another statistic!
After getting your order, our agents will call you back shortly (in Chinese) to schedule a pick-up time. Please make sure your pick-up address is within Beijing. Ship24 will assign a local partner for the parcels pick-up.
There are 3 key points to respect so that we can accept and ship your parcel:
- The declared value of your parcel should not exceed the maximum amount defined for the destination country. Please refer to the general conditions list to check the limit per country. The declared value of your parcel is the total value of the items inside your parcel.
- Your parcels weight can weigh up to 30kg (including packaging and labels) depending on the destination country and its shape and dimension should respect the guidelines given in the general conditions.
- Some specific items are prohibited such as batteries and liquids. Please check the prohibited goods list.
- 249 RMB (because the parcel is 2kg or above)
- Additional shipping charges of 1,300 RMB: 100*13 RMB (100 RMB per kg for the 13 kg left).

Delivery coverage
The service covers the destination countries mentioned above, but some countries have specific restrictions detailed below.
Specific restrictions
France
PO. Box (Boîte postale), CEDEX, Paris Entreprise and Army addresses are not accepted. Only mainland France is covered by our service, delivery is not possible for DOM-DOM, TAFF, Corsica, Monaco, or remote French islands.
Italy
Delivery is not possible for Sardinia and Sicily.
Portugal
Delivery is not possible for postcodes starting with 9, including Ponta Delgada and Funchal.
Spain
Delivery is not possible for the following zones: Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Andorra, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Las Palmas and Tenerife.
Thailand

Prohibited items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being sent:
Batteries or powerbanks
- Only built-in batteries inside a piece of electronic equipment are accepted (such as a phone, a watch, or a computer).
- Accompanying or individual batteries (such as a power bank, an extra battery for a camera, cells, or any battery which is not already installed inside the equipment that they are designed to power) are prohibited.
- All our parcels are X-ray scanned before international shipping and will be rejected if a non-compliant battery is detected.
Liquid, powder or paste
- Such as bottled liquid, cosmetics product with liquid, powder or paste-like items (including capsule drugs)
- Any other type of liquid, powder or paste

prohibited-items The parcels are X-ray scanned before sending. If any prohibited items is detected, the parcel will be refused and returned to the sender at his own expense.

The longest side should not exceed 105 cm. The volume should not exceed 0.25m3.
Austria, Sweden, Belgium, Luxembourg:
The longest side should not exceed 50 cm. The parcel size should be at least 9 * 14 cm. If the parcel is a cylinder, the length should not exceed 50 cm and the length plus twice the diameter should not exceed 100 cm.
Canada
The longest side should not exceed 200 cm. The sum of all sides' length should not exceed 300 cm. The parcel size should be at least 15 * 10cm. Only square-shaped parcels are accepted, cylinders or other special shapes are not accepted.
Colombia
The longest side should not exceed 90cm. The sum of all sides' length should not exceed 120 cm.
Estonia
The longest side should not exceed 60 cm. The sum of all sides' length should not exceed 90 cm. Only square-shaped parcels are accepted, cylinders or other special shapes are not accepted.
France
The longest side should not exceed 90cm. The sum of all sides' length should not exceed 90cm. The parcel size should be at least 10 * 16 * 1cm. Only square-shaped parcels are accepted, cylinders or other special shapes are not accepted.
Germany
The longest side should not exceed 60cm. The parcel size should be at least 14cm * 9cm * 1cm. Only square-shaped parcels are accepted, cylinders or other special shapes are not accepted.
India
The longest side should not exceed 150 cm. The sum of all sides' length should not exceed 200 cm.
Israël
The longest side should not exceed 50 cm. The sum of all sides' length should not exceed 110 cm.
Malaysia

Mexico

Turkey

United Kingdom
The parcel dimension should not exceed 46cm x 46cm x 61cm. Only square-shaped parcels are accepted, cylinders or other special shapes are not accepted.
United States
The longest side should not exceed 68 cm. The parcel size should be at least 15 * 10 * 2cm. The sum of the length of any two sides should not exceed 43cm. The longest side plus 2 time the product of the other sides should not exceed 195cm. ( L + 2 * (w + h) ≤ 195cm ) Only square-shaped parcels are accepted, cylinders or other special shapes are not accepted.

New Zealand
The longest side should not exceed 150 cm. The volume should not exceed 0.125m3.
Japan
The longest side should not exceed 90 cm. The sum of all sides' length should not exceed 160 cm.
United Arab Emirates
The sum of all sides' length should not exceed 110 cm.
Saudi Arabia
The longest side should not exceed 120 cm. The sum of the length of any two sides should not exceed 43cm.
Insurance
Currently, Ship24 does not currently provide insurance. We are working to include an insurance in our offering in the near future, and will update our service package when our insurance service is available.
Undeliverable and returns
Parcels that are flagged by the local delivery company as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure a correct delivery address and the availability of the recipient to receive the parcel.
Customs clearance and import taxes
Europe
We send your parcels with Delivered Duty Paid. This means the payment of the Value-Added Tax (VAT) is required when placing the order on our website. The VAT is computed using the standard VAT rate of the destination and based on the parcel's declared value. The sender is responsible for the correct declaration of the parcel content's value and Ship24 is not responsible for any unexpected import taxes that may arise from a wrong declaration.
Rest of the world
We send your parcels with Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means the receiver must cover the import taxes if any exist. However, the declared value limits per destination country fixed by Ship24 are usually matching the taxes application threshold of the destination country (except for Turkey). Therefore, in practice, the receiver will not have to pay anything. However, Ship24 is not responsible for any unexpected import taxes that may arise.
Rejected parcels
All of our parcels are weighed and X-ray scanned before international shipping. Ship24 cannot accept parcels if they weigh more than declared, even in excess of a few grams, or if any prohibited items are detected. If a parcel is rejected, Ship24 will contact the sender and return the parcel. A processing fee of ¥100 will be deducted from the refund.
Other requirements
Austria, Sweden, Belgium, Poland, Luxembourg: Toys, medical devices and other products must have the CE mark on the outer packaging and the product itself. If it does not meet the import requirements, it will be destroyed or returned by the customs, and the customer will bear the cost.
