When you're waiting for a package, being able to see where it is can make you feel secure and excited. Roadrunner Freight helps with this by giving you a way to easily keep an eye on where your package is with their tracking system. With just your Roadrunner tracking number, you will be able to check on your package's journey.
A Roadrunner tracking number is a specific sequence of numbers assigned to your shipment, acting as a personal identifier for your package. This number is also known as your PRO Number, BOL (Bill of Lading) number, or the standard roadrunner transportation tracking number.
It typically consists of a 9-digit code, unique to each shipment, making sure that your parcel can be individually tracked and identified among thousands of others.
Some examples of the tracking numbers that you will encounter on your Roadrunner packages should look something like this:
In this section, you'll find frequently asked questions related to Roadrunner tracking numbers.
If your Roadrunner Freight tracking number isn't working, it could be due to several reasons: the BOL (Bill of Lading) number might be incorrectly entered, a common mistake; the shipping label could be compromised, either partially damaged or completely missing; external factors like inclement weather, heavy traffic, peak seasons, or customs checks might cause delays; or the package may not have been scanned yet at its next destination, leading to delayed updates.
To track your shipment, simply visit the Roadrunner Freight website. Here, you can enter up to 25 tracking numbers, each separated by a comma.
While Roadrunner tracking is one way, an alternative you can also use is Ship24 for a complete view of your package's journey. Ship24 offers a universal tracking system that gives you detailed information about your shipment, regardless of the courier or postal service.
To track your packages using your tracking numbers, simply enter them on the Ship24 homepage or the search field above and hit the search button.
You can find the tracking number of your Roadrunner package through your confirmation email. If you're still having a hard time finding it, you can contact customer service and provide details such as your name and phone number. They'll gladly assist you with finding your tracking number.
