Lietuvos Paštas tracking is an easy process that you can realize through the Lietuvos Paštas website. You just need to enter the tracking number in the section “tracking tracks”, also called in Lithuanian “Siuntų sekimas”.
The Lithuania Post tracking number is composed of 13 characters: two capital letters at the beginning followed by 9 numbers and two more letters “LT” at the end. The tracking number will vary according to the number of kilos and according to the courier partner used:
To find your courier express mail item, you can use the search tool on the LP Express website (https://www.lpexpress.lt/). You just need to enter the LT tracking number composed of 12 or 13 characters that can be found on the receipt issued in the post office.
Finally, you can also go on the Ship24 website and enter in the search bar the LT tracking number to know exactly where your Lithuania Post order is and the next steps of the delivery with all the precisions.
For priority delivery, you will receive your Lithuania Post parcel from 1 to 3 days. The economical option is less fast, you should receive your parcel between 2 and 4 days. The shipment sent through LP Express in Lithuania reaches the recipients in only one business day. This service which is also available abroad will take a bit longer for delivery.
Usually in Lithuania, the postal service works 6 days per week from 8 am till 4 pm. If your Lietuvos Paštas order is delivered with delay or if unfortunately your Lietuvos Paštas package is lost, it is better to contact the call center at the following number: +370 5 233 3060 or by email at the following address: info@post.lt. The call center is available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm.
If your package is damaged at the arrival, the postal staff will put an appropriate plastic bag to prevent your order from other new damages. Your item will be marked with the mention “Arrived with damage” (Gauta praplėšta). If this mention is not present and your package has arrived with damage, you have to advise the post office that delivered the package at your address.
