How do I contact FMX?

For your convenience, FMX offers different ways to get in touch with its customer service team. Whether it is by means of speaking on the phone, via email or completing an online form through their website.

If you have any questions about the services or concerns regarding tracking your packages provided by FMX, call their customer service line at 1700-818-369. The customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 6 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

If you prefer writing over speaking, you can email FMX at fmxcs@freightmark.com.my. This email address will be able to answer all general inquiries regarding sending through FMX as well as provide information on tracking packages and shipment deliveries.

You can also complete a form on their website in the "Contact Us" section. Fill in information such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and a message regarding your inquiry or concern.
